At New Chapter, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange is processed.
